Gyeongbokgung Palace
Gyeongbokgung was the central palace of the Joseon period where the king dealt with official national affairs. The construction of the palace began in 1394 when the capital was relocated to Hanyang (the old name for Seoul), and completed in September of the following year.
Changdeokgung Palace
Biwon, the garden of Changdeokgung, is one of the greatest Korean gardens. It embodies traditional Korean-style beauty with topography, flowers and trees in harmony.
Insadong
In the Joseon period, the intermediary class was gathered and lived here. Currently, Insadong is the place where sales of art works and antiques take place while attracting the most tourists.
Myeongdong
Myeongdong, at the heart of Seoul, is the commercial area where Korea's trends usually emerge. Whether it's a weekday or weekend, a lot of people are on the streets in this area, with various shops and restaurants in operation.
